COVID-19 Coronavirus

If you suspect you have COVID-19 infection please do not attend our medical practice. We are happy for you to call us on 📞  9322 4788 for advice.

Please consider coronavirus if you have:

  • respiratory symptoms (sore throat, cough or shortness of breath) or fever and
    • had any international travel in the 14 days before becoming unwell or
    • been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus.

COVID testing is only performed at designated COVID clinics in WA. Your GP cannot test you for COVID currently. The contact details of the government COVID clinics can be found here https://www.healthywa.wa.gov.au/Articles/A_E/COVID-clinics. .

For people who have recently travelled overseas and are currently well, please follow the government directive to self-isolate for 14 days on return to Australia. https://www.health.gov.au/resources/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-isolation-guidance.

For advice about symptoms of fever, runny nose, sore throat or cough without recent travel or coronavirus contact, please phone the practice and do not come in.

TeleHealth* Consultations

We offer telephone consults with a doctor for advice about these symptoms. Telephone consults are also available for non-COVID matters if you are self-isolating or unable for other reasons to attend our medical practice (fees may apply).
